1. Agreement to these terms
By using nostrix.ae, sending an enquiry or using the website’s planning tools, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Project-specific commercial terms are not created merely by browsing the site or generating an online estimate.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with learning about Nostrix or contacting us. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access systems without authorisation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at an unreasonable scale or use website content in a way that infringes the rights of Nostrix, our clients or third parties.
3. Online estimates and quotations
Prices shown by the website calculator are planning estimates only. They are not a binding quotation, booking confirmation or promise to provide services. Final pricing can change after we review the brief, dates, location, permissions, crew, equipment, deliverables, usage requirements and other production needs.
A project becomes commercially agreed only when the parties accept the relevant written quotation, proposal, statement of work, purchase order or other project agreement. If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement takes priority for that project.
4. Project terms, payments and cancellations
Project-specific prices, deposits, payment dates, cancellation arrangements, rescheduling terms, taxes and expenses will be stated in the quotation, proposal or agreement for that project. Please review those terms before accepting or making a payment.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information and for obtaining permissions, approvals, releases, venue access, brand assets and other rights that you agree to provide. Delays or changes in these items may affect the schedule, scope or price.
6. Deliverables, revisions and timelines
The deliverables, formats, quantities, revision rounds and target delivery dates for paid work will be defined in the project quotation or agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline or additional quotation.
7. Intellectual property and usage rights
Ownership, licensing and usage rights for project deliverables will be set out in the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, the design, text, code, branding and presentation of this website are owned by or licensed to Nostrix and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission.
8. Portfolio use and publicity
Nostrix does not intentionally publish a client’s name, logo, testimonial or confidential project material without appropriate permission or another valid right to do so. Any project-specific portfolio or publicity permission may also be addressed in the relevant project agreement.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google services, hosting providers or external content-delivery networks. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Nostrix is not responsible for the availability or independent conduct of third-party services.
10. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nostrix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability relating to a paid project is governed by the written agreement for that project and applicable law.
11. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is expected to be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control, subject to the project agreement and applicable law. The affected party should communicate promptly and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.
12. Privacy and analytics
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after the visitor chooses to allow analytics through the website notice. You can change that choice using Analytics settings in the footer.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms when our services, website features or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively replace project terms already agreed in writing unless the parties agree otherwise.
14. Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or tribunals in the UAE, unless a project-specific written agreement validly provides otherwise.
